Suggest Exercises For High Testosterone Level And Overweight

Hi doctor,I am 30 years old and a mother of 2.my doctor told me I had pcos 6months ago..I'm still trying to come to terms with all the info out there..the one thing that I can't seem to find out is what type of exercise should be doing for my high testosterone(I am a little overweight)I've heard that using weights will give me more bulk which is scary..any advice would be great.thankyou.

Excess sugar and refined carbs cause high blood sugar, which stimulates the ovaries to make androgens (male hormones).
Get the blood sugar and insulin under control and testosterone generally goes down. Adding moderate exercise will help even more.

I would like to suggest you to modify your life style and food habits .

Including fiber , essential nutriets in natural form - fresh fruit ,veges ,ginger, garilc ,amla ,Aloe vera juice , flax seed for Omega 3 , a spoon of turmeric powder + Almond oil with a cup of hot milk at bed time help stay healthy .
