Suggest Exercise To Increase Body Height

hello I'm a 16 years old female,and I'm 1.56m....all my friends are taller than me , my mom is 1.6m and my dad is 1.83m,,,, so what shall i do???
note: from about 2 months i started to practice yoga and stretching exercises , and i'm drinking milk every day!!! thanks...

For your info , It is not mandatory , that if your freinds or your parents are taller ,you should also be tall . Every body is an individual and gets ht., wt. complexion and other traits according to factors like genes relatively speaking , on hereditory factors , and some times also depends on psychological factor . Stress , Worry Anger affect badly to your health .
So ,not to worry . Put your right foot forward and excel .

And dear,in fact , you are only 16 yet ,your height can increase till 22 .
I would like to suggest you not to worry & care to focus on making modification to your diet and exercise habits first Proper nutrition and regular exercise are key!

There is no better option than physical exercise. walking is the best exercise to begin with also gives you well shaped body .
Modification in your life style , food habits -include fiber,essential nutrients & antioxidants in natural form ,cheeze, milk , butter , nuts , veges ,fruit , with required work out , Yoga , pranayam deep breathing ,Kpalbhatti Rolling When you are healthy , are the pillers of our strong immune system responsible for healthy disease free life .
Take Termeric powder1/2 spoon with hot milk before BF and Bed time helps
give resistance from diseases

I really appreciate your concern, the body height is genetically decided and this can not be changed by any means, looking to your age you still have a physiological chance to increase the height, hope this information helps.
