Suggest Effective Treatment For Hairfall

Hi doctor, I have been facing hairfall problem since nearly 5 years .I have used so many medicines like TINFAL FORTE, BTN ULTRA , FOLLIHAIR and many other solutions for hair fall. My recent medication for about 3 months is minoxidil 5 % solution , follihair and betamethosame. even after 3 months usage of drugs the problem still persists . I have undergone many tests in a corporate hospital recently.Doctor said that everything is fine except vitamin b12 deficiency. After consulting many doctors and hospitals also I can t get a perfect solution for my problem.I am actually fed up with visiting many doctors and no medication is helping me , and problem still persists. please let me know a perfect solution for my problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of hairfall which could be due to many reasons like improper hygiene, nutritional deficiencies, genetic factor, fungal infection and hormonal changes. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test, skin patch test and can do physical examination. Doctor may prescribe you drug like finpecia at least for 2-3 months or antifungal treatment along with minoxidil spray. Wash hairs after proper massage with olive oil. You should maintain complete hygiene. You should use Finasteride preparations. You should take supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 and Vitamin E. Tka half spoon of Indian goose berry powder with water daily .
