General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
If the pain of the injection is still there and the pain is more, it may be due to the abscess formation due to the injection.
Buta proxivan can bring the pain down, but it is not sufficient for the complete remission. You may need to have incision and drainage for complete cure.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac, and paracetamol after the incision.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
