Hello dear
Understand your concern.
First confirm the pregnancy by UPT/blood HCG. If confimed, You should use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill under guidance and observation after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. Mifepristone followed by misoprostol is successful treatment for MTP. Ideally 600 mg mifepristone orally should be followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally/buccally after 24 hour, another 400 ug after 4-6 hour under observation. Normally bleeding and cramps start after 30 minutes of last pill and remain maximum for 7 days. Post abortion USG after 14 days to confirm the incomplete abortion.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
