I have dry eyes and I am using Refresh at least 3-4 times a day. My doctor had recommend Flax seed oil. I would like to know the recommended dose, how often should I take it, how soon will I see results and should I continue with the refresh drops and would it interfere with my bowel movements( for I do go everyday) I have been going to an eye doctor for years and he never mentioned Flax seed oil whereas with this new one he had mentioned it!!And since my mother had glaucoma- how often should I be seen by the eye doctor. The one that I have been seeing for years ; had me to go to him every six months whereas the new one ( due to the changes that were made) told me that I can see him in a year) So another question to you - is how often should I see the eye doctor?
