I have gone through your query. Tylenol 3 and 4 both are combination of acetaminophen 300 mg with codeine phosphate. But the strength of narcotic drug codeine in Tylenol 3 is 30 mg and Tylenol 4 is 60 mg. Oxycodone is another narcotic pain reliever. It is also available with acetaminophen combination. All these are prescription drug due to their narcotic content.
