Suggest Dosage For Cephalexin After Missing A Morning Dosage

I have a child who missed his 8pm dose of the antibiotic Cephalexin. He is out now and likely will not be home until later due to being at the hospital for another incident-he may have broken his hand. Anyway, his next dose is 8am, when he returns home should he take his missed 8pm dose? How far in between doses can you take more than one pill?

Nothing to worry, you can give missed dose when he comes from out side.
Evening dose you can late while going for sleep.
