Suggest Dosage For Betadine
My Dr told me to rinse my mouth with Betadine Liquid - 3 or 4 drops into a glass of water. But I wasn t sure of the size of the glass. Also he told me to massage the sore spots gently with a cotton wool bud, presumably soaked in the same mixture, but on reflection I wondered if the massaging is done with the Betadine liquid neat. You can use betabine 3 to 4 drops in a glass of about 100 ml water to rinse your mouth. You need to do it twice daily.
You need to do massaging with betadine only after dilution. Hence you need to use the same solution to do it. In case you take solution directly and rinse, it may cause local irritation and may lead to formation of ulcers.
