Hi welcome to the health care magic

It is better if in your plan diet take lunch instead of dinner

Include dietary fiber and green leafy vegetables more

Fruits eaten more

Rice intake kept limited and even if you need rice for your one time lunch or dinner than brown rice will be good

Regular 30 minute fast walking or running will be good for you

Non veg, high calorie diet, butter, cheese etc taken less

Investigate your serum cholesterol also and measure blood pressure as well

Take care

you should try to have your heavy meal on lunch instead on dinner to ensure good weight loss.. also you have to excersice 4 times a week each time for 30 minutes.. you can do excersicies at home simply by searching for walk at home videos on YouTube..
