Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

I dont think you should have grape juice. Its too sweet. Besides, and juice has a high glycemic index. So your sugar rises up too fast. Always better to avoid juices.

As for diet, avoid things that have high glycemic index- like non veg, rice, potatoes etc. The avoidance of sugars especially synthetic sugar is essential. So basically you need to avoid too much calories.

Also, it is better to take multiple small portions of foods like carrots and cucumbers rather than taking large meals. These intermittent small portions will curb your hunger pangs and reduce the portion size of meals while not adding too much calories

Also, take plenty of water. It is a good thing to have plenty of water.

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.

Please do understand that some details could be extracted from a detailed history and examination.

Please feel free to ask another query. I would be glad to help you. Looking forward to your return query with the details asked so that I can help you further.
