Suggest Diet To Get Glowing Skin And Healthy Hair

I am 16 yrs old,my height is 5'1" n weight is 43 kgs. Till my 6th std i had a slightly fairer complexion than wheatish. But since i used to go for swimming everyday in summer my face and neck darkened. Now my face and neck have a rather dark complexion in comparison to my body. Please suggest some creams and medicines to regain my colour with faster results. And also i am suffering through hairfall now. Please suggest medicines to reduce hairfall. And also suggest a diet to get a glowing skin n healthy thick black hair. Please help as soon as possible

Apply a good sunsreen lotion with atleast SPF 15 before swimming. Wash your hair frequently with a mild herbal shampoo to prevent hairfall. De stress regularly as stress increases hair fall. Have a well-balanced diet with adequate amounts of good quality proteins from milk/curd, cheese, and if non-vegetarian , you can have mutton, eggs, fish and chicken as a part of your regular diet. Include plenty of fresh fruits as they are good sources of Vitamin C and vegetables as salads so that you get the needed vitamins and minerals in your diet which are required for a healthy skin and hair. Stay active and avoid sun exposure whenever possible. Keep your hair covered in the scorching heat of summers. Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids like fruit juices, coconut water, lemon water, buttermilk besides plain water. Avoid eating junk foods and limit consumption of soft drinks/carbonated beverages as they provide only empty calories without any nutrients.
