Suggest Diet To Follow To Makeup For Lack Of Sleep

hi ,
I work with evening shift from 4.00pm to 3.00am in morning then i sleep till morning 7.00 to study for the enterance exam which is in dec, i studyfor 4 to 6 hours so please assist me how muchhour i must take sleep and how i will not be feel sleepy in workplace, and let me know the easy sources of food for the nuitritional food for the deficency which may cause serveral deasises due to limited sleep

You need to take 7-8 hours of sleep to remain healthy. No food can compensate for lack of sleep.

Giving you some guidance for healthy diet.

Eat more fruits and vegetables with meals and in between meals.

Eat complex carbohydrates like whole grains, which will help you maintain good energy level throughout the day.

Avoid simple sugar in drinks and meals.

Avoid taking large meal. Instead devide meal in smaller portions.
