Suggest Diet To Follow To Avoid Joint Pains

Hi, I am a female 38 years old working for an MNC and leading an hectic and stressful life style. I have diabetes, cholesterol , high uric acid and blood pressure. Very often I feel severe pain on my toes and unable to walk properly. Even I feel pain on both my knees. I just want to have a proper diet chart ....

hi. well as u have positive hx of htn , diabetes, high uric acid level. u must screen and control uric acid level bcz uric acid level if consistently high it may lead to ankle and toe joint pain with inflammation its calld gouty arthritis. u must avoid protienaceous diet dat lead to increase uric acid level. u must do regular aerobic exercise atleast 3 times / week. control htn by diet nd medicines both. u may consult ur GP to sugest for u further strategy and some investigations like x-rays knee, RA factr to exlude rheumatoid arthritis, uric acid level and sugest remedy accordingly
