Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you have P.C.O.D, and hypothyroid, as well. I advise you to consult a endocrinologist for diagnosis, as titration may be necessary for thyroxine.
For P.C.O.D, treatment may be necessary, preferably with the metformin, it is preferable, in obese persons especially.
For control of obesity, avoid taking calories, fats, junk foods, etc.
Increase activity, by practicing yoga, exercises, morning walk, and try to do any work in front of you what ever the work is.
Minimize the sleeping time, by practicing late to bed, and early to rise, and avoid sleeping during the day time.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
