I m not sure if you are the right person to ask but I would like to know what foods to eat and how many meals I should be eating per day to help manage Gestational Diabetes and keep Blood Glucose levels down? Yes, I have spoken with Diabetic Specialists, Doctors, Midwives but my appointment with a Dietician has been scheduled for next Wednesday so between now and then I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions you may have?
