Suggest Diet To Bring Down High Liver Enzyme Levels

I am a 26 year old male. I weight 155 and I am 5' 11". I have no major medical history. I was diagnosed with mono yesterday and my liver enzyme levels are in the 700's. Doctor ordered plenty of rest and lots of water. Can you tell me what types of food to avoid to help bring my count down?

treatment of liver problems depend on etiology. you need evaluation. their is nothing special for liver disease patient in diet. just eat good healthy diet. dietary modifications are mainly for fatty liver and cirrhosis patient in whom there is much change.
diet is not going to bring it down it is the etiology and treatment for the same.
