Dear doc ,Wht medicine should i give to my 3.5 yr old for vomiting?My 9 year old is getng white patches on face..wht do i give him ?My 3.5 yr old is a very fussy eater..dsnt eat fruits..vegetables at all. Which us d best suppliment for him.thanks !

You can give syrup ondensetron for vomiting.
White patches on face may be normal like pytriasis alba , or fungal infection, I need to see for confirmation.
For improving apettite you may use syrup cyproheptadine and iron tonic.
Also reduce the intake of junk food, milk.
No special supplements are necessary , just give him home made food.
