Suggest Diet Supplement For Weight Loss

What type of diet supplement could I take to loose weight to give me a jump start. I have been going to the gym 3 times a week and lowered my calorie intake, cut out pop, sweet tea etc. Still can t loose weight and carry it all in the mid section of my body.

There are different types of diet plans, you are currently using low calorie diet. If you are not noticing any progress then you may want to change the type of diet to low carbohydrate diet to see if this works better for you.

This would involve restricting sources of carbs such as rice, pasta, bread, biscuits, potato. Continue restricting sodas, sweet tea but use a lot of water.

In terms of supplements that may help: tyrosine, green teas, vitamin b12, garcinia cambogia , may be helpful to some persons.
There are also weight loss approved medications but these would require a prescription from your doctor.
