Suggest Diet Restrictions For A Person With Elevated BP And Cholesterol Level

Respected Sir, I am a patient of having high blood pressure(150/100) & also cholesterol is on higher side, but sugar is normal as per last report. I would like to eat pork, would it be harmful, what type of diet I should take, will it help if avoid taking rice in dinner, is physical exercise helpful for me. Diet restriction for hypertensive patient include salt intake
These measure can bring your BP down significantly and sometime medicine may not be required.
Rice will not help in bringing the BP down. Take in normal amount.
