Suggest Diet Plans To Improve Circulation

For several yrs. suffering from, cold hands, tingling in hands, cold feet ,tingling sensation in feet, muscle cramps in legs and left hand. Believe I have a circulation problem. I am 81 yrs. old and problem is getting worse. Is there a Nutritional remedy to improve my circulation? R. Glashan

Hi Glashan,
You are complaining of multiple symptoms and all of them appear to be related mostly to neural symptoms.
It appears to be multivitamin deficiency, particularly vitamin B12. Along with it essential minerals might also be deficient.

You need to take multivitamins like becosules and additionally calcium plus Vitamin d supplements
If you can take eggs, green leafy vegetables, fish, cod liver oil etc, these should help you in improving your status.
Symptomatic improvement would take at-least 2 weeks.
