Suggest Diet Plans For A 2 Year Old To Increase Weight

Hi Age of baby girl is 2.9years her weight is 10.5 not increase since 1 year and her height is just 33 inches, Is it fine? As per my knowledge an average weight should be 13-15 kgs and height 36-41 inches. Please suggest some diet for her? Thanks in advance.

hi your child's height is exactly along the low normal line in the growth chart for her age. and as her weight is also along the low normal range let's improve her diet over the next six months and observe her weight and height recordings. and also its good to get her thyroid levels and hemoglobin levels get checked to look for any anaemia leading to loss of appetite. increase her daily calorie intake and include more leafy vegetables and protein like eggs or meat in her diet. for a detailed diet chart kindly request the same. hope this helps you , take care.
