Suggest Diet Plan While Treating Typhoid

Hi doctor i am 22 year old i am suffering from typhoid doctor said it is 1:160 wat food should i take and for how many days.I dont know when it started but i suffered wth vomitings 4days back i took medicine for it den fever has been started.Yesterday i came to know dat it is typhoid.wat should i prefer to eat

I understand your concern.
Diet in typhoid illness is extremely necessary to prevent relapse and its associated complications.
Kindly be on bland diet, which is less spicy and less oily. It should be easily digestible. Drink good quantities of fluids along with in the form of fruit juices.
You need to continue this diet for a minimum period of 3 weeks and slowly switch over to normal diet.
