Suggest Diet Plan To Maintain Weight And Hair Growth
Hi i'm a 17 yr old guy. I am around 5 foot 6 to 5 foot 7, and I weigh 108.5 pounds. Up until now I have fasted frequently to avoid gaining weight, but I am trying to eat. I am gaining rapidly which terrifies and I keep falling back into my old habits. My lowest weight was around 96 pounds and my highest was about 155. My hair is in bad health as well. At one point I tried to hide that by shaving it. I have no idea what to do or how to find help because i'm male. How can I get better?

Hi dear! I can give you some general advices on health and hair 1. Eat regularly following a plan, not skipping breakfast 2. Avoid fast foods 3. Have 8-12 glassesof water per day 4. Avoid eating after 7 p.m 5. Coconut oil does miracles on hair growth. Have one teaspoon orally every morning. Rub your scalp with coconut oil, keep it more than 2 hours than wash your hair. Repeat 3 times/week 6. Today we have more advanced treatments like PRP. It is done with injections on scalp of your own plasma. Needed about 4-6 times per year. Good luck :)
