Hello and welcome to HCM,
Vitamin D deficiency is corrected by vitamin D supplement and calcium supplement.
The vitamin D levels should be checked after the supplements have been taken for specified duration.
If the levels come out to be within normal range, further the diet has to be enriched with vitamin d and calcium rich food items.
Vitamin D and calcium rich food items are milk, cheese, meat, green vegetables, etc.
If the vitamin d levels are still low, the supplements have to be repeated.
ESR is raised in chronic inflammations of the body.
The value comes down to normal when inflammation weans out.

Thanks and take care
