Hi,

First, let me congratulate for your determination to lose weight which you succeeded until now.

The same success you can have in achieving 150 lbs goal if you have the same determination.

The diet you are asking : raw vegetables, fruit, fish, chicken, seafood is the perfect diet recommended not only to lose weight, but in patients taking meds for high pressure, high cholesterol and high sugar problems like diabetes.

And the answer is yes, can follow this diet. But remember, physical activity is also very important according to body tolerance.

Hope this helps.
