She has PCO problems and is taking ovacare forte and bigomet 1000. I am taking Fol G1, Carmined plus and Celin (vitamin C). are we on the right course? kindly suggest if there is some special nutritional diets we should adopt? are the medicines we are taking alright, kindly suggest changes as appropriate. Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Your concern is understandable. As an Urologist, i must advise you that, it would have been good to know your age and the semen analysis report, to know in detail, so that ,i could advise you in a better way.
You should have done a scrotal ultrasound scan test, and a semen anti-sperm antibody test, as two attempts at IVF have been unsuccessful.
Also, your medication must include clomiphene citrate, as you have low motility of sperms. Exercise regularly and avoid fatty diets like dairy products and fried foods.
You may contact me by name. Wish you the very best.
