Suggest Diet And Medication For Hypothyroidism During Pregnancy

hello, i am 32 yrs and pregnant with 6 weeks and last week in blood test , hypothyroid is discovered TSH B level is 8.1. started taking thyrax duotab 0,025mg, I worried about my child. this is first trimester and all development has started by now . what should I do regarding diet and medicine. Kindly help

Hello,
I can understand your concern.
If it is Hashimoto thyroiditis all you need to do is to take medicines regularly (every morning 30 min to 1 hour before having breakfast) and check the TSH level after 4 weeks.
You need to take iodine supplements as every pregnant woman does (200 mcg daily) during the whole pregnancy and lactation.
