Suggest Cure For Urinary Infection

had uti 4th september, then wednesday 22nd september developed lower back pain and tummy pain, uring sent away no culture growth. However went back to docs today and he gave me cefalexin as he detected tiny amount of blood in urine. Is this possible as there was no culture growth?

Hello,

I think you may need to repeat the uroculture because according to your symptoms you are having an infection.
Also you may need to do an ultrasound to check for possible kidney stones which may cause the pain, blood in urine and frequent infections.
