Suggest Cure For Swelling In The Eyelid

my 9 month old woke up with a swollen left eye lid, it looks a little red/purple on the lid. however 2 days ago my daughter had an allergic reaction and came up in a rash but that is now going, she has also lost her voice completely, but is eating and drinking fine.

Swelling of eyelids can be due to frequent respiratory infections, nasal allergy(not usual in an infant) with rubbing, pink eye, crying, and sensitivity to eye drops.
