Hi,

I would advise you to have some lifestyle modifications, which includes taking small but frequent meals, avoid good containing milk and excessive carbohydrates.

Walk regularly after meals to facilitate bowel movements.

If symptoms do not improve with these measures, you may try Rifaxamine tablets twice a day, which is a local antibiotic and has been used for this problem with some success.

However before starting any medications, I would advise you to consult your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Muhammad Zahir Shah, Internal Medicine Specialist
