Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach

I have recently traveled to Atlanta GA, Phoenix AZ and Las Vegas NV. I am currently experiencing cold like symptoms. However, I do not have a fever. But my stomach has been upset for last 4 days with loss of appetite and I am also experiencing cough with minimal diarrhea. I understand it is highly unlikely that I was in contact with any one with the Ebola Virus. However, I would like to get a second opinion.
