Trying to figure out a diagnosis for my symptoms that has increased over the year, with a new symptom. I m taking Nexium, Liptor, and Imitrex when needed for migraines. I ve had many episodes of the following. I ve had faix episodes since Feb. The latest was the worst and a little different. Symptoms: Stomach...throwing up, bloating and pressure severe and couldn t sleep or get comfortable., mostly walked and walked and walked around. The last episode started Saturday, Aug 30 with a sudden pressure in the middle of my back. Felt like a heavy weight sitting on the middle of my back. This worsened over time and I could not get comfortable or sleep. Best position was standing but still not good. I took Motrin and switched to Tylenol based on PCM guidance. Pain is not sharp but continues with no relief. It seems to have moved around to my left side. I had back and chest x-rays (XR T-Spine 2 VMS (IMG62) and XR Chest PA & Lateral (IMG36), which I rec d a note that minor degeneration that is normal for a 62 yr old. I had a US Abdomen Complete (IMG524) Sonogram that I rec d a note from my doctor that a small polyp on my gall bladder but didn t feel that would cause my problems. I still could not find a comfortable position to sit or lie down this morning. I started this afternoon to have some relief, which is the first time since 30 Aug. Do you have any thoughts?
