General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In fact, there are many causes of recurrent abdominal pain in children, including Crohn. Other possibilities include gall stones, kidney stones, worm infestation, peptic ulcer and many more.

However, the other causes can be easily seen for like an ultrasound to see for stones, and stop examination.

If these are not there, then Crohn is one possibility and it does not need to be with all the full pack of symptoms ,it may present in different ways , including only pain abdomen.

So the absence of other symptoms does no include Crohn disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
