Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problem you are describing is more of psychological than physical one.
On first few occasions of having intercourse, you may not get proper erection to sustain it longer. Also you may ejaculate early or sometimes may not ejaculate at all. This is common in many newly married men and should not to be considered as abnormal.
You can build you confidence by practising behavioural therapy like '
pause and squeeze' technique. Spend more time during foreplay. Include in your diet - almonds, banana, pineapple, saffron, cardamom, figs, honey and pumpkin, which are known to increase the blood flow to the penis and help to initiate and sustain erection.
In case you have increased sensation of the penis, use of topical anaesthetic creams and sprays that contain a numbing agents, such as
lidocaine or prilocaine will help.
To prevent ejaculation quickly, you can take medications namely Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as
Sertraline.
Also, doing
meditation would help you to overcome
anxiety and keep your mind calm and healthy.
Over a period of time, your confidence should improve and you should perform better.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
