Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face, below nose near lips which is due to clogged pores of your skin and leading to accumulation of debris and bacteria and formation of pus. I would suggest you to start with application of gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night time. Drink plenty of water. Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. You should visit dermatologist once and get yourself examined. Don't use any cosmetics containing much chemicals. Avoid use of topical steroids. You should not pluck them with plucker as it can lead to inflammation of hair follicles. Recent methods such as Chemical peeling, dermabrasion, Dermaroller are also helpful.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
