Suggest Cure For Infection In The Eye

I had an eye infection 4/19/2015 and got a prescription for ciprofloxacin 0.3 % and proceeded to put drops in my eye every 2 hours for 2 days while awake and then 1 time every 4 hours for 5 days i still have, burning running eye [left one] It feels like something is around the back of my eye stuck there what should i do besides go to the eye dr. as not sure if my insurance will cover it. Hi thanks for asking question in HCM.
For eye infection cure continue to use ciprofloxacin antibiotic eye drops.
Besides that follow some instructions as below.
Remove sticky discharge with cotton wool soak in water.
Frequently do your hand washing.
Take more fruits and nutritional diet.
Drink more water.
Do not rub the eye with bare hand.
If pain is there simple analgesic can be taken.
