Suggest cure for hypothyroidism

hello dr. i am 46 yrs old lady. suffering from hypothyroidism since 4 yrs. now my reports is normal but i am still advised to take thyronorm 50 mcg by my dr. i am really not feeling well with these tab . now i am suffering from insomnia, weakness, nausea, excessive weight gain. kindly help me dr. and suggest whether i should continue these medicines or take thyrowel or as you say. thank you

What I am getying is that you were already on thyronom 50mcg once daily so your thyroid profile came normal. It means this dose is effective for you that's why your physician told you to continue it. Otherwise if you were not taking it & your thyroid profile came normal, then there is probably no need of taking it. But again, I would suggest you to talk to your physician about it before discontinuing medication.
