Suggest Cure For Headache, Vertigo, Tiredness And Dizziness

i have constant headaches that are mainly a strong pain and pressure on the top of my head and usually comes with dizziness, tiredness and sometimes vision problems. i have also being experience vertigo at least 2 times per week. This still continues even after improving my diet and stopping all gluten, most of the milk products and eating lots of vegetables, protein and 3 liters of water daily. do you have any suggestions?

Hi thank you for querry,
if such patient came to me than i will go with proper history and examination first
how many episodes per week
is it associated with eye pain
is it be a specific time
associatation with periods in female
with or withour aura(nausea,vomiting,vertigo)
BP
h/o of running nose or sinus pain
tension or worries
after proper history and examinaion we will be able for prompt diagnosis
but in your case you can take pain killer like ibuprofen
cinnarizine,metocloperamide and propranelol to reduce symptoms
and consult your doctor for further managemen
