Suggest Cure For Excessive Gas In The Stomach
hi i have ibs. my midterms are tomorrow and i am so scared to go because of the excessive gas i have. i am currently having anxiety attacks because im going to be in a silent room full of people and i am going to have to pass gas and my stomach always makes a mortifying rumbling noise. please help!

-Take Simethicone medicine.
-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products.
