Suggest Cure For Digestive Problems

Hello, I am US Army medic, and I have a question about gluten intolerance. I have had a problem with resistant weight gain--i.e. despite some pretty hardcore physical training, often twice a day, I have had no luck losing weight. I am 5 10 and weigh probably around 190-200 lbs. Despite cutting calorie intake and trying to increase training, the weight hasn t changed. Further, I have digestive problems often after eating which a lot of times is characterized by smelly flatulence, soft or watery stool, some diarrhea, and bloating, gassy feelings. I have read online research indicating that these symptoms may indicate an intolerance for gluten and which may also be the reason for my resistance to weight loss. Also you should know that my grandma, mom, and sister have problems with their thyroids. None of the men have been checked. I think the issue is hypothyroid in nature. I have heard this is crosslinked somehow to gluten intolerance, but I am not sure how. Thanks.
