Suggest Cure For Constant Bloating

i am constantly bloated. It doesn't matter if i have just woke up or if i have eaten. My stomache feels uncomfortable and looks pregnant. I eat plenty of fruit and veg, i eat fibre for breakfast and i take aloe vera colon cleansers before bed. However i hardly poo, probably about 3 times a week and it doesn't feel right.Anything i can do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Use simethicone medication
-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such as vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
- Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
