Hello, Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got injury of your left forearm. It may be fracture of ulna bone which can be ruled out by doing x-ray of left forearm bone AP and lateral view. Till then it should be empirically treated as soft tissue injury right forearm . 1.Keep limb elevated. 2.Sling can be worn. 3..Do active movements of fingers to reduce swelling. 4.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. 3.Analgesics (Diclofenac three times a day after meals)give relief. 5.Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C help in healing. 6.Ice fomentation may be of help. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
