Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that you have ruptured pyoderma. Pyoderma is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. It is a painful and troublesome condition.

I would suggest...

- antibiotic short course
- anti inflammatory drugs
- antibiotic cream
- healthy food
- improve hygiene

Consult the dermatologist.

Thanks.
