doctor i am 22 year during dry sex with my girlfriend my penis foreskin tears an some amount of blood comes out after few second it stop bleeding and my foreskin is mostly in forward direction covering my penis but it happens exactly two weeks ago and it is not get fixed and my foreskin is having some swelling on it and i having sweet pain in foreking and now i use to keep my foreskin backwad and it seems to heal very slowly doctor suggest me what to do to heal it quickly ? should i concern with a doctor ? how much time will it take to heal compleatly? and what should i not to eat?
