Suggest Cure For A Small Dark Spot On The Scrotum

I have a small dark spot, about the size of a pen point, on my scrotum. It is just below the skin and does not go down any further. Everything else is normal. No pain, no tenderness or anything. Just that small little spot below the surface. Any suggestions on what it is?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
you have got a very small dark spot on the scrotum, size of a pen-point. just bellow the skin, no pain , no other symptoms.

I would advise you the following:
Get examined by a Surgeon / Dermatologist. Get a clinical diagnosis; and if this is a small cyst you need not do any other treatment other than just keeping it under observation.

If doubtful, the best way is to get this excised and send it to the histo-pathology examination.

Also you need to have examination of the lymph nodes in the inguinal region.
I find this answer helpful
