Started escitalopram 10 mg 8/29 reduced from 10 mg to half 2 days later due to side effects. Also take clonazapam .5 @night. I have adrenal insufficiency & on maintenance dose of 17.5 mg daily. Have lost a lot of weight over last year(weigh 90 lbs). Gastritis & IBS(much better now) Having even more fatigue since starting anti-depressant(was taking in morn from 8/29 thru 9/3 skipped a day & took .5 on 9/5. Side effects: in addition to fatigue, nausea, loss appetite, clamminess, neck & shoulder pain, drowsiness(during day when take in morn), insomnia when took @night, brain fog, vision?, sensitivity hearing & light? Skipped yesterday too. Don t think I can tolerate these side effects but do feel some alleviation of anxiety which is good but quality of life was diminished before & even more now.???
