Suggest Creams For Recurring Blackheads

Hi. My friend suggested that I use Pernex AC 2.5% gel. I use the gel and there is something wrong (the blackheads keep on occurring). I want to know is there something, that can be used alongside the gel i.e a soap, another cream. And also how long do you think it will work for 11 year old girls.

Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

Penrex AC is a good gel for inflammatory acne and not for blackheads.

You could apply a gel containing 0.1 % Adapelene ate bed time.

You could also get comedone extraction procedure done by a dermatologist.

Use a face wash containing 2 % salicylic acid to wash your face.

Avoid creamy cosmetics and soaps. Use gel based moisturizers.

Avoid oil application for prolonged duration on your scalp.

Eat a healthy diet and avoid fatty foods.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
