Acidity is the cause, which results in to acid reflux esophagitis ,where eosinophilic infiltration leads to rigid esophagus, causing resultant Dysphagia.Noncaseating eosinophilic granuloma may lead to obstruction and or perforation causing mediastinitis in some cases. This could lead to Multi-systemic Eosinophilic diseases which needs to be differrentiated from Boeks Sarcoidosis of the lungs and mediastinum causing dysphagia/ or exfoliating dermatitis/ and Rheumatic granulomatous diseases need to be ruled out.
