Thank you for query.Masturbation reduces the desire to have sex.If followed in a hygienic manner it will not transmit STDs or HIV.mutual masturbation also is safe as long as the secretions of each other do not come in contact.If the secretions come in contact and if there are abrasions or cuts in the contact area there are chances of transmission of HIV.Follow hygienic measures.
